Postpartum Support Package

Service Description

Services include, but are not limited to, help with physical recovery, postpartum comfort measures, infant care, parenting information and assistance with learning to feed and take care of your baby, as well as other practical services. These services may last anywhere from a few days to a few months with visits customized to your needs. Once under contract, during normal business hours, I will be available to answer questions about upcoming baby care or services any time before the birth of your baby. When baby is born, services I may provide include (but are not limited to): -Education on postpartum issues -Guidance with newborn care, such as bathing, diapering, swaddling, and feeding -Sibling care -Breastfeeding support and tips -Bottle feeding support and tips -Emotional support and nurturing for the new mother, including attention to whether there are any signs of mood disorder that might require further support -Help with postpartum care (preparing sitz baths, foot soaks, etc.) -Meal prep and/or meal planning -Nutrition guidance -Light housekeeping (laundry and folding, tidying up, vacuuming, etc.) -And more! This package includes a total of 48 hours of postpartum care provided in your home on a schedule to be determined based on your needs and preferences. A typical visit lasts 2-3 hours.
